In The Happy Journey to Trenton and Camden, four kitchen chairs represent an automobile and a family travels seventy miles in twenty minutes. And in Pullman Car Hiawatha, we board an imaginary railroad car and hear the thoughts of passengers, the populace speeding by -- even the planets above.Here are five one-act plays encompassing the full range of Thornton Wilder's theatrical vision: from the experimental to the humorous to the fantastic.     The short comic story by Dan Clowes was originally published in his comic book series Eightball, but it is presented here with an entirely new narrative only tangentially resembling the original comic. For this book, the strip will be presented in full-color for the first time. This scrapbook/screenplay also features the shooting script for the film adaptation, including several scenes edited out from the final cut. It also boasts two full-color sections jammed with photos, artwork, and many other surprises.

    This screenplay featured in the 2019 Black List, and is now in development with Olivia Wilde attached as director. Wilde will also appear in the film alongside Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Shia LaBeouf and Dakota Johnson.
