The Great Shift: Co-Creating a New World for 2012 and Beyond
Martine Vallée - 2009
The text is addressed in part to Lightworkers, for whom the energy shift now gearing up has been ongoing for at least the last twenty years. The time is getting closer. The Great Shift is a progress report from the field and the messages are positive. "You don't have to logically do anything but 'show up' with spiritual intent, and the DNA quantum field is activated in your body," Kryon says. He tells us to expect changes and peace we may have never thought to see in our lifetimes, even in the Middle East. He says, "God is not a controlling force. Look for the love." Tom Kenyon channeling the Hathors, a group consciousness entity, reminds us, "It is your attention to an event that makes it conscious." Kenyon also explains what channeled material is, which is important in understanding how we co-create our own world#58; "From the standpoint of neuropsychology, channeled information is just another expression of our brain/mind potential . . . a movement into the unknown territory of one's own psyche to see what emerges in terms of contact (with other intelligences) and information." The Hathors message for what is now and what is to come#58; "It is so simple, it is forgotten. . . . Find a way to live your life in joy and happiness." Mary Magdalen, through Tom Kenyon, makes it clear that restoring the balance between male and female energies will mean good things for men as well as women and will reignite our creative potency. Patricia Cori channeling the High Council of Sirius reminds usthat the future is never predetermined and the past is an illusion-different for each of us.

An Outline of Occult Science
Rudolf Steiner - 1910
Of the books he found time to write, four titles are considered indispensable introductions to his teaching as a whole: How to Know Higher Worlds; An Outline of Esoteric Science; Intuitive Thinking As a Spiritual Path; and Theosophy. With the exception of his Anthroposophical Leading Thoughts and his Autobiography, Steiner's important writings belong largely to his earliest work. The anthroposophy of Rudolf Steiner is not a theoretical system but the results of research based on direct observation. Because his research was so vast and conducted over such a long period of time, no single book can be said to contain the whole of his spiritual teaching. However, of all his books, this one perhaps comes closest. Steiner even referred to it as "an epitome of anthroposophical spiritual science." In a systematic way, he lays out fundamental facts concerning the nature and constitution of the human being and, in chronological order, the history of the universe and humankind. Whereas the findings of natural science are derived from observations made through the senses, the findings of spiritual science are "occult," inasmuch as they arise from direct observation of realities hidden to ordinary human perception. Nevertheless, these elements of humanity and the universe form the foundation of the sensory world. A substantial part of this important work describes the basic training needed to make such spiritual observations. Although Occult Science is not all-inclusive, it is indispensable to any serious student who wishes to master Steiner's extraordinary philosophy and methods of inner development.

Wicca Essential Oils Magic: A Beginner's Guide to Working with Magical Oils, with Simple Recipes and Spells
Lisa Chamberlain - 2017
Since before recorded history, shamans and healers of all kinds have used fragrant oils in ritual, magic and medicine, knowing as we do that their use has the potential to transform lives on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Because of their unique effects on the mind of the practitioner, botanical oils provide a direct tie between the natural physical world and the spiritual plane. But what exactly are magical oils and where do they come from? Unlike other natural ingredients such as crystals and plant roots, oils don’t come fully-formed into the world on their own—instead, they are derived from processes developed by human beings. Many who are new to the Craft may have little understanding of just what it is they’re anointing their candles (or their own bodies) with, since unlike most other tools used in ritual and spellwork, oils aren’t exactly easy to examine close-up. This lack of familiarity can make working with oils seem daunting, or even create an unintentional energetic disconnect between the beginning magician and these otherwise-powerful substances. If you’ve ever wondered how or why to use botanical oils in your spellwork, this guide will serve you well. Essential Oil Magic was created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of magical botanical oils and their use in modern Witchcraft. Best-selling author Lisa Chamberlain explains the evolution of magical oils over time, from their rustic beginnings to their modern incarnations in the form of essential oils, giving you a clearer sense of how these unique substances came to be and why they greatly enhance your ritual and magical practice. In addition, you’ll be introduced to a Witch’s dozen of essential oils commonly used in both healing and contemporary magic, many with histories of magical use going back for thousands of years. These 13 oils represent a wide range of scents, plant types, and healing and magical properties, and are among the most affordable essential oils available today. What’s more, each of the blend recipes and spells utilize oils from this Witch’s dozen, making it easier for you to get your blending practice underway in no time.
Foundations for Using Essential Oils in Your Magical Practice

The Dreamer's Book of the Dead: A Soul Traveler's Guide to Death, Dying, and the Other Side
Robert Moss - 2005

In The Dreamer’s Book of the Dead, Robert Moss explains that we have entirely natural contact with the departed in our dreams, when they come visiting and we may travel into their realms. As we become active dreamers, we can heal our relationship with the departed and move beyond the fear of death. We also can develop the skills to function as soul guides for others, helping the dying to approach the last stage of life with courage and grace, opening gates for their journeys beyond death, and even escorting them to the Other Side.Drawing on a wealth of personal experience as well as many ancient and indigenous traditions, Moss offers stories to inspire us and guide us. He shares his extraordinary visionary relationship with the poet W. B. Yeats, whose greatest ambition was to create a Western Book of the Dead, to feed the soul hunger of our times. Traditional Witchcraft: A Cornish Book of Ways
Gemma Gary - 2008
This is no neo-pagan or modern wiccan manual, but rather a deep drawing up into modern times of some of the ancient practices of lore and magic practiced by the white witches, charmers, conjurers and pellars of the Cornish villages. Their presence was still current when the 18th and 19th century antiquarians and collectors recorded them, and, although the 20th century largely put paid to their activities, nevertheless their lore never completely disappeared, and it continues to provide inspiration for practitioners today. Gemma draws on this knowledge, not only from published material, but also from the experiences and workings of ‘wise women’ and country witches living today. Topics include the Cunning Path, the Dead and the Underworld (Fairy Faith), the Bucca, Places of Power in the villages and landscape, the Tools used by Cunning Folk (working versions of what can be seen, for example, in the Museum of Witchcraft), Village cunning, substances and charms, and Rites of the Year’s Round. This book gathers much material together, some of which has not been seen in print before, and thus provides a sourcebook of magical workings in Cornwall today, which will be an invaluable reference.
