It answers eternal questions such as what does it mean to be human, what is the purpose of life on Earth, and what happens to "me" when I die. In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message explains the causes and significance of the unprecedented crises facing humanity, and our responsibilities to the future. Concerning In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message, Abd-ru-shin writes, "I wish to fill the gaps which so far have remained unanswered in the souls of men as burning questions, and which never leave any serious thinker in peace." Throughout The Grail Message readers are urged to weigh questions and answers intuitively, to confront them within their own life experiences, and only to believe that which they can perceive inwardly. Only through this process can one reach true conviction in one's life.

The Golden String: An Autobiography

Bede Griffiths - 1954
This is the life story of Don Bede Griffiths, now a Benedictine monk of Prinknash Abbey, in England. It opens with a mystical experience of school days which led Griffiths to becoming a sensitive nature worshiper -- but with steadily diminishing religious faith. Then, under the influence of C.S. Lewis at Oxford, he launched into a wide program of reading philosophy and literature. Disillusioned by World War I, Griffiths and two friends cut themselves off from the world in a ""return to nature"", living in a remote cottage, entering gradually on a regime of fasting, then Bible reading and prayer. By degrees, Griffiths became intrigued by the Catholic Church and finally was baptised and soon thereafter entered monastic life.

Sons of God

Christine Mercie - 1954
Learn to be grateful in all things, even heartbreak, and transmute it into glory and power through praise and thanks. Worship and adore, not in fantastical words and actions, but with a song of inner gladness and eternal praise. Offer your burdens to the Lord with a complete releasing trust, and know that they can be thus changed into blessings. Rend the veil of unbelief. Let your hearts be softened with tenderness and divine, compassionate, Christ-like love. Perfect the gift within your souls, along with a contriteness of spirit. Train your hearts to melt and your mental "eyes to see" beyond the physical manifested world of solid and concrete things. Then the veil can be rent for the unbelief will be completely overcome. Learn the power of the law of gravity, its place in the physical world, and develop the power to subdue and overcome it. Learn the power and reality of the spiritual law of levitation and it will be your to use. Open your hearts and souls and minds to the great Light being poured out without measure. Gather it in and multiplying it in your souls, send it out to help heal the world.
