The Old Soul

Joseph Wurtenbaugh - 2012
As tiny and inconspicuous as it may seem, That-Which-Had-Been exhibits an unexpected and varied gift for survival, as it journeys implacably toward its ultimate destination. Along the way, it meets a rich array of ordinary human beings, some of whom assist it along its way, others who impede its progress, none of whom have any idea of its existence. From whence comes the strange, but universal, experience of deja vu? Why do some people exhibit a wisdom far beyond their age and experience - persons reincarnationists refer to as 'old souls'? Joseph Wurtenbaugh in this short story offers a fascinating and tantalizingly plausible explanation for these phenomena, presented in a natural setting that brims with adventure and exhilarating possibility. Not to be missed by anyone who enjoys science fiction or thinking outside the box.

God, the Evolver: A Secular Approach to the Divine

Faiz King - 2018
Ever since we stepped out of the dark ages and modern science started taking its first baby steps, people have been debating the connection between metaphysics and physics. And human evolution is one of the most controversial issues. Until now. This eye- opening book will offer you an in-depth understanding of evolution from a religio-scientific point of view. If you are not afraid to step into spiritual no-man's land and test your knowledge, then this book will offer you a game-changing perspective. By combining religion, philosophy and science, author Faiz King has created a comprehensive guide to the struggle of religion and science. What Makes The Human Mind So Special? Back To Metaphysics. And that's exactly what sets us apart from the rest of the creatures that live on this planet. God's Plan - How To Understand Centuries Of Evolution. After over 20 years of meticulous research, Faiz King has created the definitive successor to Charles Darwin's "The Origin Of Species" that is not afraid to take on this science giant and prove that Metaphysics (and subsequently God) is behind the development of modern science as we know it. A 3-Dimensional Coach understands and harnesses the power of the coaching platform to coach the mind (2nd Dimension) and transform the heart (3rd Dimension), tand they can be the catalysts for internal transformation that guides both the coach and the athlete on a spiritual journey to finding purpose in this performance-based culture of sport. In "3D Coach," you will learn from National Coaches Training Director Jeff Duke about his own journey through the three dimensions of coaching and how it has impacted his life and those around him. Choosing Words That Heal

Adam Houge - 2013
With them we can build up a heart or with them we can break one. Words can bless and words can crush, but if they’re not founded in love they’ll always be harmful in one way or another. Love has always been expressed first through the lips. Before every romantic relationship begins, words of love come first. We communicate our hearts through our mouths, and whatever is bubbling over from our hearts spills forth from the mouth. Like a kiss on the ear a beautiful word can truly bless a soul. But a bitter word can crush a spirit. The words we use can hurt, and are often taken seriously by the one we’re speaking to. We ought not to be caught saying things we don’t actually mean, but expressing sincerity with the heart of Christ. Knowing this, we ought to devote ourselves to having holy, edifying, and loving tongues. For if the Gospel of Jesus comes from our mouths, then what are hurtful words doing there as well? One should be careful to abstain from negative talk, whether toward others or of ourselves. Consider devoting yourself to have lips full of love as you choose words that heal.

And So Can You!

Dr. Roopleen - 2018
Roopleen. This book contains the success stories of 17 renowned doctors namely Virendra Sarwal, Ashok Khurana, Lingam Vijaya, Muralidhar V. Pai, Krishna R. Murthy, Suresh K. Pandey, Jyotirmay Biswas, Barnali Das, Mahipal S. Sachdev, Praveen R. Murthy, Anita Panda, Jas Kohli, Dhanashree Ratra, Sarbjit Singh, Vidushi Sharma, Vinay R. Murthy and Sundaram Natarajan. It’s indeed a must read for all those young hearts aspiring to become doctors and also the other people in general who think that all the doctors are corrupt and they don’t feel, because firstly doctors are humans too, and not every doctor is bad, they sacrifice their personal lives to give birth and rebirth to others lives. Everyone knows that it takes a lot to become a good doctor, but what people think is that the big fat books are the only hurdles. But the truth is, the books are only a petty thing, the circumstances and plot twists of life is the real struggle. In the book we get to read about seventeen different doctors who had their fair share of struggle and all went through equal ups and downs. Their lives offered them different types of barriers in the way to their goals but one thing is there that they all have in common- None of them gave up. They continued to fight through the worst of situations. Even when the world were against them, they kept holding on to their dream. And they all worked hard and put in a lot of effort to get where they are today. Nothing in life comes without a price. They paid the price through immense hard work and now life is paying them back with success and happiness. I feel that the book is not only inspiring for to be doctors but also for other students from any stream and subject. Because the point of the book is the struggle to reach success not just the struggle to become doctor. The book also contains quotes and advice for the medical students. It warns them of the pros and cons. It is the best feeling in the world to give someone life but then there js sacrificing of personal time, family time, vacations, and yes again, there’s a lot of dedication and hard work required. It’s a full package and a complete punch of knowledge and motivation. The stories are destined to stir hearts and motivate souls. Every journey is aspiring in it’s own way. The hurdles were strong, but the will power and self motivation was stronger. It’s very easy to give up but then once you give up the rest of your lives you have to struggle to make a living. You struggle now, the rest of your lives will contain only flowers. Overall I’d like to rate this book 9/10. It was a good and satisfying read after a long time.
