    I had just come off I-65, and my high beams lit her up from behind. She was walking along the road between dark, endless cornfields, and her right leg was in a cast.     As an author, my life didn’t really change too much as I tend to stay home most of the time anyway. Of course there were changes when I did go outside (such as queuing up to get into stores, social distancing and whatnot but that was about it, for me).
