A Hellish Year One
Eva Brandt - 2019
The Academy of the Devil is waiting, and there will be no mercy. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the girl who didn’t fit in, the girl who collapsed in the middle of class, just because my brain decided to turn on me. I can’t really complain, though. We don’t live in the Middle Ages, so I have yet to be subjected to an exorcism. I can get treatment for my condition. Epilepsy aside, I can mostly be a normal person and have a normal life. There’s just one problem. I’m not a normal person. I never have been. And the first time I find this out is upon receiving an exclusive invitation to The Academy of the Devil. Unfortunately, the Academy of the Devil isn’t like other schools and the current princes of the school have a lot of experience in ripping whatever contender they have to shreds. First, there’s Callum, incubus extraordinaire and leader of the house of Lust. He thrives on making students fall in love of him and then breaking their spirits. Then there’s Mikael, the envious cambion, rumored to enjoy feeding students to the school’s dragon. And last, but not least, the leader of the house of Wrath, the hell hound Stefan. I hear he doesn’t bother with the dragon and just takes care of pests himself. All of them despise humans. All of them sneer at anyone who displays any kind of weakness. All of them hate me and everything I stand for. That’s fine. I don’t need friends, lovers, or even valued mentors. All I need is to survive my school years with my soul, my sanity and my brain intact. It’ll be a challenge, but I’ve dealt with worse. I might not be ready for the Academy of the Devil, but they’re not ready for me either. The Academy of the Devil is a paranormal bully reverse harem romance. All characters involved in the pairing are 18+ years old. But be advised! The series will contain dark themes, including violence, ableism, bullying of a character suffering from an invisible disability, and other similar content that may be disturbing for some readers. Approach with caution. Once you enter The Academy of the Devil, you will never be the same.
Voodoo Child
Eileen Waite - 2021
You. Get. Me.Running for my life has been going pretty well so far, but then I land in Penny Falls and it all just had to smack me in the face. It's always blooming me.This is a medium-fast burn, why choose RH romance where the FMC does not have to pick between her many men in the end. Due to the burn level, the relationship may move quicker than some readers are comfortable with. Please note that this series contains scenes that some readers may find triggering, which includes (but is not limited to) sexual content- both consensual and non consensual (from outside the harem)-, foul language, abuse and violence. Due to mature content, this series is recommended for ages 18+ only. It is written in British English, with a huge emphasis on tea etiquette throughout.

Impetuous
Mercedes Jade - 2019
Tess Sinclair thought she had it all figured out, or at least, locked down for those last few months of prerequisite classes and working weekend shifts to earn tuition. One phone call from child services changes all her plans and she is forced to move back home. Maddy. Mad as sin. Mom. Tess may have turned eighteen, but now she feels like an adult going backwards. There are sibling fights to break up without joining them. Dinner recipes to fake from the can because her mother's too medicated to recite the ingredients. Being the new girl at the final year at high-school is a whole other level of teenage torture that she should have outgrown. Ditto to boy crushes. The good boy gone bad, his devilishly smart twin, and the hot jock that normally wouldn't give her the time of day, forget make a play. All led by a dark prince that finds out her sneakers are made of glass. They ought to be the kings of the school and Tess the poor, bullied girl from the wrong side of the tracks. This Cinderella tale has been told before, with a charming but predictable ending. Except, no one seems to have gotten the tropes right. The prince has a wicked stepmother. The jock struggles to hide he has more brains than brawn. The rich, heartthrob twins are bullied by the masses instead of put on a pedestal. Tess is the only one willing to come to their rescue. Can she figure out the hidden secret twisting their roles? If Tess can't run, then she'll learn to fight fate to get her victory lap to the finish line. Warnings/Triggers for references to mental health, institutionalization and stereotypes. Mention of child abuse/neglect. There is adult intimacy, violence and language as well as the usual drugs and alcohol with these darker themes. Oh, and lame jokes. I have plenty of those. Some may offend since they can take a religious tone as I poke fun of the Catholic school. You were warned. In this book the main female character ends up with multiple love interests at the end of the series in a HFN. +++ How about a 'bully themes' RH book with a different twist? The MFC comes to the rescue of her bullied harem and they work together to overcome their challenges. I would NOT group this with other bully romances out there and don't want to disappoint anyone expecting otherwise. This book contains bullying of the main characters but not to each other, which is the twist, a bully romance where the harem comes together to deal with it.
Phoenixcry
K.T. Strange - 2018
Then I walked into the first day of my internship at a hot indie record label to find that my old life had collided with my new one. Five hot guys in a band called Phoenixcry, I’m supposed to manage them, and oh yeah, PS, they’re werewolves. I’ve left the magic world behind, but I’m still a witch and witches and werewolves don’t mix. But doing the wrong thing was always my M.O., so now I’m out on the road with a band full of sexy, growly werewolves. But the magic world is one step behind us: there are hunters on our trail, and if they catch us the boys are dead and I’m back at home under lock and key. Oh, one more thing, I think I’m falling in love with them. Not just one of them, all of them, and to make it super complicated, I think they feel the same way. So I had to revise my goals for this year: 1) Kick ass at my internship 2) Don’t fall in love with the band 3) Stay alive Sounds easy, right? ========== Meet Darcy Llewellyn, fourth year university student, music intern, and secretly a witch. This is the story about how she meets and falls in love with the werewolves that make up the band Phoenixcry: Finn Gunner, Elias Gunner, Charlie Gage, Wesley “Ace” Rivers, and Cash Legend. This steamy Reverse Harem Romance is over 80,000 words in length, and is the first in a series about Darcy Llewellyn and her pack of werewolf lovers.

They bark, but I don’t think they´ll bite—hopefully. But they’re nothing compared to the shadow that hangs over the entire academy. A force nobody wants to talk about but whose evil can be felt in the corners of the ancient structure. The professors hint at it, the students speak of it in whispers…and I feel a chill in the marrow of my bones whenever I pass a certain hallway. It would be easier to protect myself if I knew more, but nobody will tell me. The Volkovs insist they’ll make sure I’m safe, but it’s not enough. After all, I don’t even know which one is mine because I want them all. With each passing day the shadow grows. Soon it will encompass the school and everyone in it. Maybe even more than that.
