The later years of Zelda's life were marred by her detachment from reality as, diagnosed with schizophrenia, Zelda spent the last eighteen years of her life living in and out of psychiatric hospitals.      The soldiers of the 77th Infantry Division saw some of the bloodiest action of the Second World War.
