The Bennet daughters have been distributed among relatives--Mary and Lydia with Mrs. Bennet in a cottage in Meryton, Jane with her Uncle and Aunt Phillips in Meryton, and Elizabeth and Kitty with their Uncle and Aunt Gardiner in London.
