And, the progression of learning the rough basics, and the ongoing refining what you know, and what you can do. The purpose of this book is to provide a coarse introduction to getting into the hobby. I assume that you’ll seek out other sources of information as the need arises. Woodworking as a craft spans thousands of years, and I couldn’t hope to cover all that ground.
