As the judge told me that day in a federal courtroom, "You have betrayed the public's trust." This is my confessional.

    Freddie really knew how to antagonize the fans -- how to "get heat." Death threats were frequent, enraged fans stabbed him twenty-one times, and he was even doused with acid.
