Still reeling from my recent divorce and raising 3 teenagers, I sank into a deep depression. Already over 200 pounds, I gained even more weight that year. On the one year anniversary of Mom's death, as we gathered around her grave, something clicked. I knew it was time. I had to lose the weight for good.
