Can the Scarab King ignore his heart or will he defy the Gods and claim Kate as he lays claim to the Double Crown? Reviews: Review by Orchid at Long and Short Reviews Romance Reviews for Scarab King: Rating: 5 Books I found this story both intriguing and unusual. The backdrop of Ancient Egypt and the ways of the Bedouin are entirely realistic. The story is well rounded with Setti and Kate being thwarted by the dangerous Queen Pharaoh who appears to be slightly unhinged. Throw in a High Priest who believes he’s really in charge, Kate’s colleague from the future who wants to rule alongside SobeKnefru and you have a novel which produces a high quality story of time travel. I have no hesitation in recommending The Curse of the Scarab King for an fascinating read. ~ Ancient Egyptian Time Travel - Historical Romance Rating: 5 Cups The Curse of the Scarab King is a phenomenal read. When Setti was cursed, I could practically feel the dread he endures. I was mesmerized when Kate came to his rescue and they made contact. Their extraordinary passion is breathtaking as it travels through time. The convincing secondary characters demonstrate signs of disloyalty, fears and problematic conflict keeping the story moving at a good pace. Wend Petzler captivates her audience with rich details in history that the reader is just awe-stricken. Cherokee Reviewer for Coffee Time Romance
