Crowley’s edition includes notes and his famous illustrations of the 72 “Seals,” or symbols, for each of the 72 spirits that King Solomon was able to summon and control, as well as illustrations of Solomon’s hexagram, pentagram, magic disc, vessel of brass, etc. Crowley’s curse in Greek aimed at MacGregor Mathews is included, (and an English translation of it) as well as all of the invocations, and translations into English, of the invocations in the Angelic, (or magical) tongue which are derived from a 17th-century grimoire called The Lesser Key of Solomon. This edition is unabridged but has been arranged in such a way to make easier the understanding of its contents. It has been recently re-formatted for compatibility with all (old and new) Kindle devices and a fully-functional table of contents.

    It also serves as a supplement to Keys of Ocat: A Grimoire of Daemonolatry Nygromancye and completes the Daemonolatry triad of necromantic texts. All three books are currently being used for Funerary Priest Seminary Training within TTS.

    Just as ‘goes’ is an ancient term for a magician working with spirits of the Underworld, so ‘pharmakos’ represents a magician working with herbs, alchemical processes and so forth. The types are not mutually exclusive, and accordingly there are spirits of the grimoire who work with alchemy, herbs, stones, etc. These spirits are very suitable allies for magicians combining the work of the ‘goes’ and the ‘pharmakos’.
