    At least that is what our government and the media kept telling the nation’s population. Chip, a construction worker in Nebraska was not too sure about the whole economic recovery thing. He knew he would have to use all the old knowledge that his parents had passed to him just to keep his belly full in this new depression with even longer ‘soup lines’ than there was in the first Great Depression. Chip never said he was the brightest bulb but even he knew the nation was in for some stormy weather. This is his story.
