How to Carve a Gymnast's Ripped Back with Pull ups (Bodyweight Bodybuilding Tips Book 2)

Anthony Arvanitakis - 2016
Elite organizations such as army special forces, SWAT teams , the marines and more, all require a minimum amount of pull-ups as a prerequisite for anyone to join their training programs. But, although pull-ups target first of all the back, you usually end up feeling them only on your arms, right? Heck, your neck feels tense every time you perform them and you wonder what you are doing wrong. The truth is that there is more to pull ups than just lifting yourself up and down from a bar. It's quite common for people to be doing a ton of reps without any impressive results. This book will first of all teach you that you have to bring your reps down while polishing your technique. "Huh? Lower my reps? Isn't that bad for building muscle?"When it comes to pull-ups, no it's not. Pull-ups are a completely different animal than most of the exercises out there. Eight good reps are better than fifteen crappy ones as you will learn.Doing your reps the wrong way can have you wondering why your back doesn't grow. Learn to do them the right way and people will go "Damn!" when they see you topless. How to Carve a Gymnast's Back with Pull Ups gives you all the tools you will ever need in order to turn this exercise into the muscle building monster it really is. There are 6 techniques in the book to help you maximize the muscle growth of your back during pull ups:1.Learn how to activate your lats. First you got to feel your lats before even starting to do a single rep. That way you make every rep count and you also release tension from your neck and shoulders.2.Switch your back muscles on before you pull. This is a middle step between hanging and pulling and many people neglect it along with the extra back activation it provides. 3.Lift yourself up without excessively using your arms. Ever felt your biceps and forearms pumped up from pull ups but not your back? By having your elbows close to your ribs as you pull, you can say hello to your new, pumped back!4.Bring your chest to the bar for maximum contraction of the lats. Ninety-nine out of a hundred people can't do this and their back growth clearly indicates it. This is the technique that takes your back from "meh, OK" to "WOW!".5.Control your body on the way down. An uncontrollable rep is a rep wasted. You damage your joints and even miss on extra back growth.6.Visualize your lats contracting. This is the cherry on top of the cake and you get to eat it too. Internal cues like visualizing have helped many people increase exercise performance and you can now do the same with your pull ups.You can start performing these techniques immediately, wherever you are and begin witnessing your back become as powerful and muscular as an Olympic Gymnast's. Don't blame me when people start complaining that you're blocking their sun once you master these techniques.. You've been warned.

Israeli Mossad: Operation Orchard Israel's Strike On The Syrian Reactor

Dan Magen - 2016
For 7 months, both the U.S and Israeli governments imposed blackouts on all new reports about the raid. Subsequently, the Central Intelligence Unit (CIA), and the White House confirmed that American intelligence had confirmed that the raided site was a military purposed nuclear facility. Syria denied those claims. In 2009, an investigation conducted by the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) reported traces of graphite and uranium and concluded that the raided site had features resembling an undeclared nuclear reactor. However, IAEA could not confirm or deny the findings because Syria had refused to provide IAFA investigators the co-operation they needed to take their investigations to a conclusive end. On April 2011, almost four years after the raid, IAEA officially confirmed that the bombed site was indeed a nuclear reactor. How did it happen? What weren’t we told? To know more about this operation, this is the right book for you. You will learn everything you need to know about the Operation Orchard.

The Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge: A Fundamental Guide To Training For Strength And Power

Dan John - 2017
The magic of the HKC program is that you only need three main exercises to deliver these results. Using Dragon Door’s gold-standard HKC kettlebell certification program as his basis, Dan John lays out a field-tested set of protocols for athletic excellence and high-level physical performance, whatever your current condition. “Dan John is one of the premier strength coaches on the planet. I was thrilled to see him focus a book on the fundamental aspects of kettlebell training, the HKC. The kettlebell swing, goblet squat, and Turkish get-up represent movements that have been a foundation of my own strength programming for both my patients in the clinic, and fitness clients in the gym. I have seen profound changes in health and performance using Hardstyle kettlebell methods, from the fire fighter recovering from a low back injury, to training partners at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy.   Dan breaks down the core Hardstyle kettlebell movements like no one else.  I thought I had a firm grasp of the technique, programming, and application of the swing, get-up, and goblet squat until I read this amazing book. He truly goes a mile deep on the subject with no fluff, and filled in the missing pieces for me that I didn’t even know I had. This is an absolute must read for any coach or trainer looking to incorporate kettlebells into their clients’ training. The HKC is also a great starting point for the average person wanting to start strength training but who is lost in the internet sea of (mis)information overload.   I give Dan John’s The Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge my highest recommendation, absolutely essential reading for the coach or trainee.”— Chris Hardy, D.O. MPH CSCS, Physician and Strength Coach, author of Strong Medicine “Dan John has put into words so succinct and with laser precision, the absolute value and meaning of Hardstyle kettlebell training. The fact that this comes from such a renowned strength coach gives it a weight that is impossible to ignore. This book should be in every kettlebell lifter’s library. Even if you have been using or teaching kettlebells for years, there is something in there for you.”—Andrea Du Cane, Master RKC, author The Ageless Body "If you’re serious about strength training, you study Dan John. If you’re serious about kettlebells, you study Hardstyle. The Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge gives you both. What more could you want?"—Pat Flynn, author of Paleo Workouts For Dummies "Coaches with Dan John's breadth of experience and knowledge are few and far between. Even rarer is one who can articulate their ideas so clearly, and in such an entertaining manner.  Dan has an uncanny ability to draw parallels between seemingly unrelated topics and put difficult concepts into words we can all understand. Mr. John's incredible combination of world-class teaching skills and phenomenal writing talent make The Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge an essential read for any fitness trainer or serious student of strength. My primary training modality isn't even kettlebells—it's calisthenics—but this book still gave me ideas and insights I could immediately put to use.
